FUND DEPOSIT & WITHDRAWAL

    Funds Deposit

1. Clients can deposit their funds through online banking, phone banking, ATMs,
   or bank counter transfer service or cheque. Please remain the deposit slip in case of confirmation is needed.
2. Please send the deposit slip via fax to (852) 2660 9911 or email toGRSL-CS@gr5.hk with client name,
   account number, and account for cash deposit clearly stated. If you have any queries,
   please contact our customer service hotline at (852) 2377 6805

Reminder:

Cut-off time of daily deposit: Before 4:00 pm on each Trading Day (Cut-off time is based on successful confirmation to Golden Rich Securities Ltd.)
Cheque deposited to Securities Accounts should be made payable to “Golden Rich Securities Limited”.

Unique deposit amount is suggested in order to shorten funds verification; the Company reserves the rights to request clients to provide deposit proof for verification.

Trading is allowed for clients only after relevant bank has successfully completed the cheque clearing process.

Please note that our Company only accept deposit from client’s name and all other third party deposits will not be accepted

   Funds withdrawal

Clients should give their withdrawal instructions via the following channels:
1. Web trading Platform or Mobile App.
2. Our Customer service hotline at (852) 2377 6805
3. Submit the completed fund withdrawal form via fax (852) 2660 9911 or email

4. Contact your securities agent to submit the fund withdrawal form.

Reminder:

1. Cut-off time of daily withdrawal is before 12:00 noon on each Trading Day (Cut-off hours is based on successful confirmation to Golden Rich Securities Ltd.). Orders after cut-off time will be handled on the next trading day.
2. Fund will be deposited into the designated account as provided by the client for any cash withdrawal instruction. The designated bank account must be in the name of the client; no deposit will be made and no cheque will be issued to any third party in any situation.
3. Please note that administration fees will be applied if clients withdraw fund with special request, such as CHATS or T.T.. For those fund withdrawal with cheques to local banks, no administration fees will be charged.
4. For withdrawing foreign currency, the waiting time should be longer and depends on the time of T.T..
5. We reserve the final rights on withdraw methods.
